Through my experience working with hundreds of clients, I’ve come to believe that everyone is truly doing the best they can with the inner and outer resources they have available to them in the moment.

I strive to create a warm and non-judgemental space where you can bring any version yourself and feel there is time and space to be heard.

The root of compassion means “to suffer with.”

I will sit with you in the hardest stuff without judgement or rushing to solve things.

genuine

I’ll bring my real self. I’ll say more than “and how did that make you feel?” I will laugh with you when that feels right. I’ll happily share memes and pictures of our pets because those are real coping mechanisms.

safety first

Anti-oppressive & trauma-informed. Healing happens when we let down our defenses, but we must first acknowledge those defenses help us survive. I recognize that our struggles and ways of coping have been shaped by relationships, environments and systems that weren’t made equally for everyone.
