I’m a Registered Social Worker (AKA therapist, AKA counsellor) based in Toronto. When I’m not being a therapist you can find me doting on my rescue bunnies, puttering in the garden, and riding the highs and lows of being a lifelong Raptors fan.

Experience & Training
I received my clinical training at the University of Toronto Faculty of Social Work and completed clinical internships at a residential addictions treatment centre and at OCAD University where I went on to work as a mental health counsellor. I have also worked as a crisis responder for Kids Help Phone.
I have received specialized training in supporting survivors of sexual violence, newcomers and refugees, and trans and non-binary folks. I have completed additional training in Psychodynamic theory, Somatic Attachment therapy, Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practice, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Anti-Oppressive Practice, and Trauma-Informed care.
